The Menu:
Course 1: Ora Bread, Chicken Pate, Russian Beet Salad
Course 2: Homemade pasta with sun chokes, local mushroom, and herbs
Course 3: Coq au vin
Course 4: Digestif: Kombucha sorbet
Dessert: Zucchini blueberry bread, pumpkin chocolate bread, and apple thyme bread. All grilled and served with whipped cream
